Training for a Bachelor of Arts lasts 3 years and takes place in the company’s training centre, specialized departments and in the Berufsakademie.

This is how your 3-year training progresses:

The education takes place in a trimestrial frequency between on-the-job training at the company Röhm in Darmstadt or Weiterstadt and theory at the “Berufsakademie” in Mannheim.
Aside from German the working language is English. An on-the-job training abroad is mandatory. Additionally, a semester at a university in a foreign country is requested.
In written term papers you will work on business problems. In the theory phase you will learn about international business administration, international management, international marketing, international law and intercultural knowledge and behaviour (there was also data processing, accounting and English specialized for industry and in line with study content, math and economics).
You finish the training program with a degree dissertation during the last on-the-job training period.
