PROOF - Change with Degussa to the Fast Track

If you have excellent degree or MBA qualifications, have taken part in international internships or studied abroad, have two to five years of professional experience, among other things abroad, and speak English and possibly other languages fluently, welcome to PROOF, our international management rotation program for top talents. PROOF stands for Providing Opportunities for the Future, and this is what the program is about: offering you outstanding prospects for your future.

Participating in the PROOF program means that you embark directly on your career at Degussa, getting to know the whole company in the process. Strategic and entrepreneurial reasoning, innovative thinking, intercultural awareness, a high degree of flexibility and mobility, team and leadership capabilities and strong analytical skills are characteristics that we assume you already possess.

Over a period of 18 to 24 months you will be posted at three to five different Business Units, and during this time you will handle divers challenging projects also abroad. Naturally you will be provided with support, with a member of the Executive Committee counseling you on an individual level and providing you with regular feedback.

Three months before the last project comes to an end, we will sit down with you and examine the possibility of a permanent Business Unit post commensurate with your qualifications and experience. Make use of your opportunity and apply for participation in PROOF!
