In accordance with the principles of decentralized management at the new Degussa, the group is concentrating on the strategic control of the business, especially by establishing the corporate strategy, by active portfolio management, as well as targeted use of resources. As a global chemicals company, the group is conducting the dialog with the shareholders, the financial community, and the general public. The Corporate Center business units support the Board of Management. Thanks to its streamlined organization and decentralized management philosophy, Degussa acts flexibly and swiftly and will play a significant role in shaping the consolidation of the international specialty chemicals market. |
